Terms of Service

1. Agreement

By purchasing the Revenue Leak Diagnostic or accessing any service offered by DGR Consulting & Marketing ("DGR", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not proceed with purchase.

2. The Service

The Revenue Leak Diagnostic is a one-time business analysis delivered by email. Upon payment of $197 CAD and completion of the intake form, DGR will review your submission and deliver a written diagnostic report within 24 hours identifying operational revenue leaks and recommended priorities.

The diagnostic is a professional assessment based on the information you provide. It is not a guarantee of any financial result or business outcome.

3. Payment

Payment is processed securely through Square. All prices are in Canadian Dollars (CAD). Your purchase is complete once payment is confirmed and you receive a receipt from Square.

• The $197 CAD fee is non-refundable once your diagnostic report has been delivered.
• If your report has not been delivered within 48 hours of submission, contact us at info@dgr-consulting.com and we will resolve it promptly.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of every diagnostic. If you receive your report and believe it does not reflect a genuine review of your submission, contact us within 7 days at info@dgr-consulting.com. We will review your concern and, at our discretion, issue a full refund or provide a revised report.

Refunds are not available after 7 days from report delivery or in cases where the intake form was incomplete or contained inaccurate information.

5. Your Information

Information you provide in the intake form is used solely to prepare your diagnostic report. DGR does not sell or share your business information with third parties. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

6. Intellectual Property

Your diagnostic report is prepared exclusively for your business. You may use it internally. You may not reproduce, resell, or distribute it without written permission from DGR Consulting & Marketing.

All DGR brand assets, site content, and methodology are the intellectual property of DGR Consulting & Marketing.

7. Limitation of Liability

DGR Consulting & Marketing provides business insights and recommendations based on the information you supply. We are not liable for any business decisions made based on the diagnostic report. Results will vary based on business conditions, implementation, and factors outside our control.

Our maximum liability to you under any circumstance is limited to the amount paid for the diagnostic ($197 CAD).

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
